The club has a dedicated session on Thursdays then after a while if you want to start doing more other sessions are available for extra training.
Many people just train for the excellent fitness and health benefits will others want to work towards sparring.
After getting a taste of Boxing and training for a while lots of people decide they would like to join the squad and work towards competing in one of our many competitions throughout the year.
Lots of additional support, advice and training is available for the squad. As competitions approach the coaches look at the squad and choose a team – this ranges from the most experienced boxers to those having their first bout, it all depends on the completion we are entering.
Good luck with your boxing and get in touch if you have any questions.
