HELLO and welcome to UWE NETBALL!!

This years netball season has been highly successful and UWE netball has gained momentum and the team's success has been phenomenal. Continuing the success of previous seasons. We are the ONLY club within the UWESU to have all three clubs finish in the top three of their individual leagues

We also had a successful varsity season with all three UWE teams convincingly beating Bristol and Bath university, allowing UWE to retain the varsity trophy.

The 1^st team are South West Division 1 champions, with the 2^nd team finishing 3rd in division 3 and the 3^rd team coming runners- up of Division 4.

We want to continue this years success and make UWE Netball the best club at UWE!!

So If you are keen to train hard and play hard then UWE Netball club is the right club for you. We offer something for everyone, for the netballer looking for the challenge of highly competitive BUSA games to the girls who want to have a laugh and get involved in our great social nights!

Last years annual Varsity event all the Netball club managed a clean sweep of wins as all three teams won both their games against Team Bath & Bristol University. For the past three years the Netball club has participated.

Every year UWE joins 3000 other students on a 5 day sports tour to Spain & for the past two years we have won netball competition beating BATH in the final both times!!
