UWE Netball Club

For those Netballers who are keen to train hard and play hard in competitive matches representing UWE against other universities than this is your chance!!

All netball trials will be held in the Sport Hall at the Centre for Sport based on Frenchay Campus.

Closed trials will take place on Monday 28th September form 7 till 9 for all returning 1st,2nd and 3rd team players from the 08/09 season and new players with national, regional, premiership, or county standard playing experience.

Open trials will take place Wednesday 30^th September from 12.00 till 4.30 for unsuccessful closed trialists and any players with local league standard playing experience.

Important information for ALL Trialists:

• Correct playing footwear must be worn by all trialists. Footwear of an unacceptable standard will not be allowed (this includes fashion trainers) and you will not be allowed to trial as this creates health and safety risks to yourself and others.
• No jewellery is permitted. Any piercing will have to be removed, taping of a piercing is not acceptable and will not be allowed. This also applies to all BUSA fixtures.
• If selected trialists must be available for all Monday night training sessions and must be available for Wednesday afternoons for both home and away fixtures.
• Please bring with you plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated throughout the trials.
• All trialists are required to register online with the SU at UWESU.ORG and pay netball club membership fee of £35.00. Details of what membership covers can be found under the membership section. If unsuccessful at trials a full refund is available upon request.
