As if jumping out of a plane isn't enough of a challenge! We decided that we needed something of a challenge that our new members could relate to early on - this in true SkydiveUWE fashion should involve drinking!!

Well every skydiver has their own views on this as to which is better. For a few in the club a skydive does last a few seconds longer (only just however!) Here are 20 reasons why skydiving is better than sex!

One of the first things you'll discover out about skydiving is that the whole sport revolves around that brown nectar ... also known as BEER! There is an international set of fines which is followed by every single skydiver in the world. Wandering what the skydivers beer fine rules are? ...

Well there comes many times in every skydivers weekends when they have to keep themselves entertained for the long trek to altitude. For this reason we have a list of many different ways to keep yourself entertained from take off to jump run. Wanna see a list?

What would our sport be without quotes (well ... still the best damn sport in the world!) There are of course loads of quotes, concocted by many generations of wise (and some wierd) skydivers!

Bored for an evening, why not challenge yourself to a little spotting practise with a famous black duck everyone knows and loves!

Skydiving soon becomes a way of life for people - you will often find yourself refering to jumps as a currancy and spending at least 3 hours a day looking towards the sky. These and more put together makes you realise you're a skydiver.

This is for real .... While walking on Long Beech LA on an AFF trip to California in 2003, some skydiveUWE members came across this "thing" in the sand. From there forth "it" was formally renamed and branded as an official SkydiveUWE mascot .... Thus Cuddles was born!
